He is very professional, polite, and responsive. The exchange process was fast and secure. There was no issue at all. It took only one business day to complete the process despite the fact that we were approaching weekend in the destination.I have never felt this much ease and security so far for my transfers. Very poor, lack of communication. When you ask about price of currency and if by any reason you cannot go ahead with them they don't respond to you in the future.
